Return Policy
Before any
return, an RMA number must be obtained from Expressatvs.
The returned product (including the service return
product) must be received at our warehouse
within fourteen
(14) days of the date that the RMA number is issued. All
service return product received after the valid warranty
period (base on Expressatv's invoice date 30 days from the purchase date.) will be treated as out of
warranty service.
To receive a refund, the returned product must be received
at Expressatv
within fourteen (14) days of
the date that the RMA number is issued and within fifteen
(15) days from the purchase invoice date. If your product
is not received within fifteen(15) days of your purchase
date, then you shall not be entitled to any refund.
Expressatvs
has the right to refuse any return that
- has an expired RMA number
(All
the RMA numbers are lasted for 30 days in your system)
- shows physical damage to the product or its packaging.
The returned product must be clearly marked with the RMA
Number on the label and should be shipped in the original
packaging, prepaid and insured by you in order to prevent
damage during shipping. Products returned without first
obtaining an RMA number shall be rejected and returned to
you at your expense. If shipping costs are not paid and
the system is returned to Expressatvs,
then you shall be charged a storage rate in the amount of
$15.00 per day of storage.
The Products returned not purchased from Expressatvs
or an authorized Expressatvs'
reseller, shall be rejected and returned to you at your
expense. If shipping costs are not paid and the system is
returned to Expressatvs,
then you shall be charged a storage rate in the amount of
$15.00 per day of storage.
Expressatvs
will not be responsible for the condition of such returned
package.
Service Policy
When returning the system to Expressatvs,
you must send it freight prepaid and insured. Expressatvs
will not be responsible for any damages in shipment.
If Expressatvs
determines that the failure of the return system was not
the result of defect in parts or workmanship, Expressatvs
reserves the right to charge you for parts and labor at
the labor rate of $80.00 Expressatvs
will advise you prior to these charges.
Upon service performed, Expressatvs
will ship the product back to you by UPS Ground delivery
unless you have requested for the optional Express
delivery service. Expressatvs
will not be responsible for delays caused by delivery
services.
Cancellation
Policy
Once
an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled
and shipment cannot be stopped. If you choose to cancel
your order once it has been processed or shipped, you will
be charged for return shipping (if
necessary) and a 25% restocking fee.
Damage Policy
All of our
vehicles pass a rigorous inspection before shipment to
insure that they are completely functional and free of any
damage. Therefore any damage to the motor powered vehicle
has occurred during the shipping process. If you receive a
damaged scooter, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving it so we can file a damage report
with the shipping company and make arrangements to fix or
replace your damaged scooter.
Return
Policy
We
accept authorized returns on unused regular scooter for up
to 15 days after you receive scooter.
There's no
return or refund acceptable once the scooter has been
used. Unused means that the product has not be assembled,
ridden or used in any way.
All
returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Please
allow up to 7-10 business days after we receive the
returned motor vehicle to process your refund.
You
are responsible for
Returning the product in new, resalable condition. It
must arrive unused in its original packaging, complete
with all accessories and user manuals. If any original
parts, accessories, documentation or packaging are used,
damaged or missing, you will be charged a 30% restocking
fee.
Paying all costs for return shipping charge. All
returned merchandise must be shipped via FedEx or UPS
only. Since you are also responsible for any damage that
may occur during the return shipping process, we recommend
purchasing shipping insurance on your return. If your
motor vehicle is damaged in transit without shipping
insurance, you will be charged a 30% restocking fee.
Writing the Return Material Authorization (RMA) number
clearly on top of the package. All packages arriving
without a legible RMA number written on top of the package
will be considered unauthorized and will be charged a 30%
restocking fee.

would like to return your vehicle(s), please fill out our
Online Return Authorization Form. A customer
service representative will e-mail you your Return
Material Authorization (RMA) number and return insructions within 24-48 business hours.
The parts and labor warranty covers:
All our products come with 30 warranty.
Replacement parts EXCEPT plastic parts (including
color-coordinated housings); wear-and-tear items such as
brakes, brake handles, tires, seats, lights and toggle
switches; and damage to the engine or any other part due
to abuse or misuse.
Technical support via phone or e-mail from
professional motor powered vehicle experts.
Labor for the removal and replacement of or part(s)
that occurs at the our service center.
This warranty is effective only if the product is used
under normal conditions for its intended purpose and the
product receives all necessary maintenance and
adjustments. We reserve the right to determine what damage
is due to defective materials and what is due to product
abuse or misuse. We shall not be responsible for any
losses to the customer as a result of the failure of any
part, including incidental or consequential loss or damage
arising from injury, loss of use, loss of time, rental
vehicles, loss of profits, or loss of income. There are no
agreements or warranties, expressed or implied including
warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose, other than those stated in this agreement. This
warranty extends only to the original customer and is
non-transferable.
