Shipping
Policy
Ground Delivery is available on every scooter sold on
our website. Our business hours are between Monday - Friday from 8:30
a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST.
If
you place your regular scooter order before noon PST, your
order will be processed and shipped out within 2 days. If you place
your order after noon PST, we will begin shipping out your order
within 72 hours.
It
will take an additional 5-8 business days to receive your scooter
via Ground Delivery. When calculating when your scooter should arrive,
please remember that business days are only Monday to Friday and do
not include weekends or holidays.
Cancellation
Policy
Once
an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled and
shipment cannot be stopped. If you choose to cancel your order once it
has been processed or shipped, you will be charged for return
shipping (if necessary) and a 25% restocking fee.
Damage Policy
All
of our vehicles pass a rigorous inspection before shipment to insure
that they are completely functional and free of any damage. Therefore
any damage to the motor powered vehicle has occured during the
shipping process. If you receive a damaged scooter, you must contact
us within 3 days of receiving it so we can file a
damage report with the shipping company and make arrangements to fix
or replace your damaged scooter.
